Miss Idaho Volunteers and Sponsors

An estimated 300,000 volunteers donate more than 6 million hours every year through the Miss America local, state and national pageants. This unique organization provides scholarship awards at every level of competition.

The Miss Idaho Program is headquartered in the state capitol of Boise. It is governed by a State Board of Directors and has no salaried employees.

How To Become A Volunteer

There is always a need for volunteers. Here are some ways you might be able to help:

  • State or Local Business Sponsor
  • Scholarship Contributor
  • Local and State Pageant Volunteer
  • Judge for Local Pageants

BUSINESS SPONSOR: Your business can sponsor a contestant at the local level of competition. Contact the Local Pageant Director in your city. You may also place an advertisement for your business in the Miss Idaho Program book. Email us for information about ads.

SCHOLARSHIP CONTRIBUTIONS: The need for scholarship dollars is always great on the state and local level. Your scholarship donation can make the difference in a young woman's life!

STATE & LOCAL PAGEANT VOLUNTEERS: Help on any number of committees responsible for putting on a local or state pageant. Contact the Local Pageant Director or the Miss Idaho email for information about helping with a pageant.

JUDGES FOR LOCAL PAGEANTS: Attend a judging seminar and become a local judge. Check the Pageant Events page to see the date and location of the next judging seminar.
