Miss Idaho’s Teen 2026
Lilly Murdock is Miss Idaho's Teen 2026 from Rigby, Idaho. A dedicated ballroom dancer, student leader, and advocate for youth experiencing loss, Lilly uses her platform to encourage others to find hope through perseverance. Through her personal story and passion for service, she is committed to helping young people discover strength during life's most difficult moments.
Lilly is a student at Rigby High School whose life has been shaped by a love of dance and a desire to serve others. For nearly a decade, ballroom dance has provided an outlet for creativity, confidence, and personal growth. Her dedication to the sport has taken her across the world, including opportunities to perform in London and Paris and compete on national stages.
About Lilly
Whether she is performing, volunteering, or spending time with family, Lilly believes in approaching life with gratitude and optimism. She plans to continue her education after high school and pursue a degree in Interior Design while remaining involved in the arts and her community.
Community Service Initiative
Hope Through Movement
When Lilly was just one year old, she lost her father to cancer. While she was too young to fully understand that loss, its impact has remained with her throughout her life. Through the support of family and the community she found through dance, Lilly learned that healing is possible and that hope can be found even during difficult seasons.
This experience inspired Hope Through Movement, an initiative that provides dance camps for children who are experiencing grief, family challenges, or major life transitions. Through movement and mentorship, Lilly creates opportunities for young people to build confidence, form friendships, and discover healthy ways to express their emotions.
Dance has been one of the greatest sources of joy in Lilly's life. It taught her resilience, gave her a sense of belonging, and helped her navigate challenges with confidence. As Miss Idaho's Teen, she hopes to expand Hope Through Movement across the state and remind children that they are never alone. Through every camp and every conversation, Lilly's goal is simple: to help young people move forward with hope.
